Tenant Services & Bonds

When renting a house, it is important for you to feel at home, and have confidence in your landlord. You may be renting bricks and mortar – but whether you’re a student, a young professional or a family this is now your home. You need to know who you’re renting from, and more importantly, what you’re renting.

Here at the Care Society Estates and Lettings we offer Tenancies ,which would be normally for 6 months or possibly 12 months and the tenancy is usually governed by an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, combined with a fully detailed Condition Inventory and Contents report of the property.

All our viewings are accompanied by a member of our staff who can help you with any questions you may have about the property or the tenancy process.

If there is a specific property you have in mind or you would just like to register your interest please complete the attached Tenant registration form and return it to us. PDF Attachment

Once we have this information we can instantly match you to any properties we currently have available. If not, we will add your details to our website database for instant matching when suitable properties do become available.

If however you would like to chat about a possible Tenancy please do not hesitate in contacting us or call in at one of our offices to discuss your needs and requirements.

The bond scheme is funded by the Welsh Assembly, Local Authority, Dyfed Powys Probation services and Social Services but we also look to the local community for sponsorship and support. The scheme operates throughout Ceredigion, our head office is based in Aberystwyth but we also have an office in Cardigan. We have cross border agreements with Pembrokeshire Action for the Homeless and the Carmarthenshire Bond Scheme so are able to facilitate services out of county. We offer help to people who are homeless or facing homelessness, in finding safe, comfortable, clean and affordable accommodation in the private sector.
